Spirit of POPS Award

The Spirit of POPS award is presented each year at the USA POPS Nationals. Recipients are selected from nominations of POPS/SOS/JOS/JOE members that you may feel deserve recognition. The nominees should have displayed the Spirit of POPS in some way "above and beyond" normal POPS activities; i.e., organized local/national POPS related events, conducted seminars, obtained POPS publicity, achieved a recognizable objective, promoted POPS in some notable ways, etc.

Eight-way Awards

To register a POPS/SOS award, download and print the Microsoft Word Award Application Form, or print the HTML Award Application Form, fill it in and mail to Len Zak, POPS/SOS Awards Coordinator, 4808 Maricopa St., Torrance, CA 90503-2818

To qualify for an award: A POPS/SOS must be in an all POPS/SOS formation 8 way or larger. Everyone in the formation must be a registered POPS/SOS.

There is no charge for a POPS/SOS award card or number.

Patches cost $10.00 each. Each patch is about 5 inches tall. Patches are available for TBM, RW, CRW, and SOS. No patches are available for night awards.

TBM: Tiny Broadwick Memorial Award - POPS/SOS Women's 8 way base, after which additional women or men may enter.

SOS awarded only if all others in the formation are SOS.
