TEAM-80
Record Jumps by Pat Moorehead at Skydive Elsinore,
Elsinore, CA on 19-20 November 2011
The TEAM-80 event raised money for the
National Skydiving Museum
as Pat Moorehead
made practice jumps on November 19 and JOES record jumps on November 20, his 80th birthday.
With the help and support of many friends from around the world, Pat successfully made 81 jumps
on November 20 to set a new JOES record for number of jumps in a 24 hour period. Practice jumps
made on November 19 also counted toward new POPS, SOS, and JOS records.
The POPS, SOS, JOS, and JOES records set are:
- JOES record 81 jumps in a 24 hour period on 11-20-2011 this is a World, USA National, and CA state record.
- JOS record 89 jumps in a 24 hour period on 11-19-2011 and 11-20-2011 this is a World, USA National, and CA state record.
- SOS record 89 jumps in a 24 hour period on 11-19-2011 and 11-20-2011 this is a CA state record.
- POPS record 89 jumps in a 24 hour period on 11-19-2011 and 11-20-2011 this is a CA state record.
