13th Annual POPS Meet, 06-09 July 2006
Archway Skydiving, Vandalia, IL

The weather was beautiful with blue skies, a few little puffy clouds, and gentle breezes. Jumpers from several states and Canada gathered for four days of fun jumps and competition along with an excellent dinner on Saturday evening.

POPS and PUPs (Parachutists Under Phorty) were all invited to join the fun and to compete. Only POPS members were eligible for the POPS competition awards, but the PUPS winners in each event were also recognized in the awards ceremonies. Anita Wuertz and Carrie Doll teamed together to produce beautiful and unique awards personalized with photos of the winners taken during the individual competition events.
