6 May 2027
The location for the 2027 French POPS Meet has been confirmed for 6th - 9th May 2027.
Dear skydiving friends,
I hope everyone is well and that you’ve jumped as much as possible with this lovely and warm summer.
And it’s not over yet… The good weather is set to continue in most regions.
It is with great pleasure that I announce the name of the next drop zone (DZ) which will host our national meet in 6th - 9th May 2027. I am delighted that the Royan club will welcome, right by the Atlantic Ocean: https://royan-ocean-parachutisme.fr/
The club has the advantage of having a restaurant and a snack bar right next to the drop zone, as well as a campsite and a motorhome area. Accommodation in rooms is also available, and we’ll be jumping from a Pilatus B2-H4 (10 seats).
The disciplines are the followings:
4-way team, 3-way scramble, Accuracy (sport and traditional), Speed star and of course the Hit’n rock.
I’m really looking forward to organising this event and am happy to answer any questions you may have.
Please could you forward this email to members in your countries to let them know. We’d be delighted to welcome them!
I wish you all a wonderful end to the season and hope to see you soon.
Estelle
